Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Account Responsibilities

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Your Content

• You retain ownership of thumbnails you generate using our Service
• You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any source materials you upload

Our Content

• The Service, including its algorithms, design, and features, is our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission

Free Plan

• Includes 5 free thumbnail generations per month
• Limited access to advanced features
• Subject to fair use limitations

Paid Plans

• Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see section 8)

Usage Limits

• Each plan includes a specific number of thumbnail generations
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing period
• Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions

Your Rights

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You may delete your account and associated data at any time

Our Rights

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system

Service Availability

AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated thumbnails are suggestions and may not guarantee specific results
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content
• We do not guarantee that generated thumbnails will improve your video performance

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• You use the Service at your own risk
